"The welcome at reception was virtually non existent. Our stay started on a low.
Some corridor areas were untidy, dirty cloth left on the floor for most of the day. Our room was good, clean and comfortable. The TV tuning was set to the 1970s which meant we couldn't access many channels. Would have liked water and a couple of glasses in the room and more milk pods.
The staff in the restaurant were efficient and friendly and food delicious. Breakfast was great."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Rushton Hall! The building itself is stunning, full of character and history, and the beautiful, expansive grounds really add to the experience. It's the perfect setting for a romantic break.
All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially in the restaurant, where we were really well looked after. Dinner was delicious and, although not cheap, we both felt it was worth every penny.
