"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Amber at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us some great local restaurant recommendations and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Gadsden. I’m hoping to bring my daughter back next year, and this will be my first choice for a place to stay. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed at this hotel for one night with two kids. It was okay overall. The room was very small. It looked clean at first, but some areas such as under and behind the bed were not well cleaned. For a short stay, it was acceptable, but considering the price I paid, I think there are much better options available. The property felt more like a motel that had been renovated and upgraded. The swimming pool was very nice, warm, and clean. However, there was no lifeguard on duty."

"Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful and love the idea of a little store by the desk 24/7. And it was a great atmosphere and they also had a restaurant so you could eat there without having to go out and also a bar was nice as well. We will be back. Everyone was very nice."

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable a.d we rested well enough. The air conditioner was absolutely perfect and kept our room very cool and comfortable. I didnt get breakfast because it was over at 9:00 which seems a little early for a Sunday morning. I'd stay there again if travels brought us to the area."

"The hot tub is unuseable, green and caution taped off. The pool had algae in it. It's disgusting."

"We arrived around 10:30 pm. There was no attendant at the front desk, only a note to call the attendant. I called and no one picked up, but the phone up front rang loudly. It took about 4 minutes for the attendant to come down and check us in. As we walked to our room on the 2nd floor we caught the smell of marijuana. Room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was great. The attendant at the breakfast was cheerful and helpful."

"My room was facing the train track and it was loud at night at certain days. It wasn't every night. Nothing the staff could have done about that. There was a loud dripping sound from my bathroom vent that went on a for a while at night on one of the nights. Otherwise, decent place and good value."
