"The elevator didn't work. I had a climb stairs to the third floor which hurt my knees. now they're charging a $100 for deposit. I've stayed there before, and I never was charged that befor and the guy said that they started doing that three weeks before.I started staying there that night.I will not be back though"

"We arrived at the hotel to check-in around midnight. There was nobody in the reception and doors were locked. We rang the bell many times and called the hotel phone and no response. It took around half an hour for somebody to come and let us in. It was not a pleasant experience after a long tiring day."

"The last time we stayed at this hotel it was in 2018 and back than it was just a few months new. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the grounds and the hotel have been maintained. The room was orderly and clean and the amenities were excellent. It's hard to find a better experience for the price. We're definitely staying there the next time we're in Austin."

"I assumed that when I booked a hotel that is part of a franchise, it was subject to certain standards set forth by the Online Booking site and the Hotel Chain Corporation. Obviously, I was mistaken. This is one of the filthiest properties that I have had the misfortune to stay at. Online hotel booking sites should vet the hotels they book.
