"The A/C was wonky. One of our rooms had the portable Costco A/C. The other 2 rooms had a A/C that was barely working. The place is DATED. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am and could not understand her, not sure if she was asking if we are checking out, I said check out is 11am right? The check in staff on May 25 around 730 pm did a good job but I cannot say the same for the front desk lady the next day around 930am. "We went to the hot tub and it was quite dirty. My son wanted to bathe, but he couldn't because of the filth. There wasn't much food available, but breakfast was okay, and the bed was very comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the pool."
