"They have a protective cover on the mattress that makes it feel like a toddlers mat at a daycare center. The bed was not soft at all. This place would be a 10/10 if they would have a soft mattress pad instead of the a hard plastic pee pad on the bed"

"Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund.."

"Rooms were clean and large. We had 3 adults and 2 kids in a suite. Hot tub was hot! Breakfast was good!"

"Overall, we love staying at this hotel when we come to Sioux City as the staff is always friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel/staff offers popcorn, water, cookies and coffee the guests of the hotel. The property and hotel rooms are always clean.. The continental breakfast is pretty good as well. I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"Do not use in-room restroom. Check before using. Check room furniture for cleanliness and functionality. Breakfast options were minimal at best. Good luck"

"The property upon entering did not smell pleasant. It was clean enough and not seeing any irregularities, I have to assume it is just an older property that could use some TLC. Once the AC was turned on in our room, the odor dissipated. The clientele appeared to be heavy construction workers. Being a property wirh suites and kitchen facilities, it would work well for them."

"Huge clean room with large bathroom. Easy access off Highway 20 and I-29. Very nice breakfast."

"Front desk staff were great. Room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. At breakfast on Saturday the waffle batter would not come out and I thought it was empty as did other guests. The attendant was slow to help with the issue. Turns out the batter was way too thick and I suggested thinning it out slightly. She just agreed it was too thick and walked away. Minor thing but it was odd nonetheless."

"I’m limited in mobility, and my room was on the 2nd floor. No worry, the outstanding service by staff with genuine caring made the issue moot. My room was clean and spacious. Fresh coffee or tea available 24x7. Breakfast fresh with ample choices! But mostly, it was the kindness and consideration of staff, especially one young man, who will make this a go to for every future visit!!"
