"The staff was helpful but they seemed really unsupported by management. The hotel was totally slammed and the poor staff didnt have what they needed. At one point we didn’t have linens for the pullout bed and the front desk had no way of helping us aside from giving us a different room. The manager was either not on site or not available, and also unavailable by phone."

"The front desk staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, when we were settled into our room and turn on the TV, we could get a single station to work. The TV guide showed "No Information" for every single channel. I informed the front desk through their text messaging, but the issue wasn't addressed. Additionally, we saw a couple of ants crawling on the night stand."

"Newer hotel but right on off and on ramps! Very noisy from semis. Wore earplugs , along with pillow over my head. Had bed next to window and still had very poor sleep...maybe 3 hours.
2nd night- other bed, jumping noisy kids above us, loud tv next door! Another poor night of sleep. Called office. Helped but didnt stop the noise. Pounded on wall helped better for loud voices (tv?) Never neen so happy to leave a hotel! Not worth the xtra dollars to stay here. Nice facility but over priced for...

"Very unique place, not a hotel feel. Property was immense and only a small portion is hotel. Room walls were adorned with large inspirational words.
We had a problem with our tv and the staff was extremely diligent in trying to solve it and ultimately moved us to another (nicer) room. The breakfast had some allergy friendly options. We also enjoyed the nature trail on site."
