I looked around and the best guess was it was pieces of mortar from the tiles above. There we several in the pool. I had a room that had a door that went to another room. No issues. I had some price time with my girl. We thought we were alone. After about 20 minutes of laying in bed, we heard voices. They were talking to each other at a normal volume. We could hear them clearly. That means that they heard us clearly. I don’t want to talk the place down. For the price, it’s a great location and has several positives. I’m not sorry I was there but I’ll pay more next time. "Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. "
