"Room dirty on arrival. Musty. Sticky floors, dirty blankets, dirty shower, old bar soap. Air conditioner rattled. Hot tub barely heated. Not enough towels and staff rude when we asked for more. Fire alarm went off at 1am for about 45 seconds."

"The front girls were very very helpful and courteous Everyone there was courteous and polite. The morning breakfast although the same every morning, it was still good and the hot part was hot. We were there for a whole week and they even had church service on Sunday and a washer and dryer for anyone to use. The pool was decent also. I just don’t know why the housekeepers came every other day but….
We will be coming back to this hotel when we come back to San Antonio"
