"Extremely rude security staff made us decide to book elsewhere. The guard immediately accused my partner of being a vandal and then proceeded to tell us the area was unsafe, which only added to our concerns. The interaction was unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, the property charged my card before the date listed on Expedia. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking at other options before booking here."

"We arrived very late, yet the check-in instructions were clear and room access was very easy. The property is lovely, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable."

"There was nobody there at the property to talk to or show us around. We did arrive early so maybe they were offsite. The neighborhood was rundown including multiple condemned houses. Breakfast was very sparse. No off street parking which made us leery about our vehicle’s security. We opted not to stay there even though we had already paid."
