"Was a nice stay while traveling"

"The room I got fit my needs perfectly as a solo traveler and staff were very nice at this location in Raton, New Mexico. The room was large enough to feel comfortable with a microwave, refrigerator and bathtub. The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi connectivity that was about 20% reliable and I did not have cell service so it limited all of my phone and iPad usage. I stayed across the street from the office, which is probably why, and they may consider moving the router or adding one to that side...

"We have stayed there many times. Air was out in the hotel. The room air worked sporadically. The people above us were very loud until late hours. Front desk staff not so helpful, they were probably hot!"

"The staff were friendly, and the room itself was a good value for the price. However, there were two very legitimate issues that affected my stay. First, the bathroom toilet was extremely small — honestly, it felt child-sized. Second, the noise from the room upstairs made it very difficult to sleep. I could hear footsteps as early as 4:50 a.m., and after driving 13 hours to get there, I was hoping for a restful night. I did share this concern with the front desk, they claimed i would be refunded...

"The flooring was coming up in our room. The towels had brown stains on them. The knob of our hot water in the shower was off making it difficult to control the water temperature. The toilet would not flush well unless you held it down for a long time. We were in Room 117."

"Easy on an off I 40. Under renovation so it may be nicer when it was done. Opened Breakfast late so it slowed our leave time. Room was large."

"Property was well remodeled. Bed sheets for the sofa were not available so the kind attendant rushed them right over and we were a late check in! Very kind!!"

"Each room has it's own theme. Older motel but Very good upkeep. Stay there again with no problem."
