"Overall it was a nice place. The desk guy was kind and helpful. The only thing that reduced their score with me was that they key cards would not open any exterior doors for me. Had to walk around to the main entrance. Also, there were a few cobwebs in the room. Besides those two things, it was nice."

"the only issue we had with the hotel is the steps at the entrance they are covered with loose rugs, i tripped on the first step on the rug if i had fallen i would have sustained serious injuries due to the concrete steps, they should anchor those rugs or remove them very serious hazard for any one specially seniors"
