"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "The hotel is great, only a few minutes from the airport. They have an extra early breakfast option if you're off earlier than when they serve breakfast, which is awesome. The room was clean, bed nice and comfy. I'd stay here again, if they do something about their reception staff. Calling to let them know you're waiting for the airport shuttle was fine. After a 25 minute wait, I called again to ask what happened to the shuttle. The female on the other end couldn't understand a simple question...

"Highly recommend! Room was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. In a great location right by the train station, and the city center was in walking distance. Great stay!"
