The hotel is super nice and the staff is lovely, whatever you need they accommodate and help you or arrange it for you; the staff helped us with our bags and moved us to a more comfortable room so that we wouldn't have issues with our bags (we had 4) because we were traveling the next day. When we checked in it was late and she had us go to a spot a few minutes away (walking distance literally 2minutes) and we were beyond thrilled with the delicious hot meal and drinks even though it was after 9:00pm.
