"The staff was wonderful. we arrived at 2a.m. to no hotwater in our upgraded club floor room, we waited until morning thinking that maybe it was just out after a long day in the hotel and we were exhausted by that point. waking up at 6a.m there was still no hot water.. letting the night agent Erin know she immediatedly checked the situation, got a card to a room with hot water and made it right as soon as she could.
overall room was fairly clean... some extra needed to be done in the bathroom...

"I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Grande Prairie. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
