"Our stay did not fully match what we would expect from a 4-star property. During our 7-day visit, towels were not changed, and pool towels required an additional rental fee, which was inconvenient. The 1 bedroom self service apartment was adequate, however 1) it was directly above a bar 2) we wished and asked for a double bed but had singles 3) the outlook was to an inner rectangle but we expected to be able to look out to the slopes - we had booked and paid months in advance!"
