"This hotel was a good location in Annency since it was out of the ultra busy old town, but still a short walk to the train station. Check in felt a little awkward since the woman at the desk kind of looked at me like she was wondering what I wanted instead of asking me how she could help me. It didn't feel welcoming. The room was fine, modern with a comfortable bed. No safe though."

"Staff were excellent. Made to feel extremely welcome upon arrival and got early access as room was ready prior to check in time. The room (studio) was tidy, spacious and well laid out. Kitchen and bathroom was nice and clean with all required utensils and amenities available. It was the height of a heatwave while we were there, but temp in room was very well controlled. Location itself is ideal for exploring the old town with shops, bars, boulangeries and cafes all nearby. Easy walking distance from the bus and train stations. We will be heading back to Annecy in the future, and will be looking to base ourselves here again as we couldn't fault it."

"The hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing! Don’t even try to use a spa or a gym because the smell of bleach basically will kill you. And unless your room is facing the lake you will have no view whatsoever."
