"This is a wonderful large hotel, with great pool and lakeside lounge chairs! Very helpful when arriving and departing. Close enough to town by car. Primarily to stay there. One odd complaint (not to take a star away): we had to request and iron and ironing board twice; they brought one but took it away within an hour... it was a major request for something understood as trivial in most hotels with so many starts... Thanks."

"A nice overnight stop. Pleasantly surprised as to how close it was to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. The hotels own restaurant offered a nice meal."

"The location was perfect. It was close to the train and bus station, as well as the beautiful waterfront dining and shopping areas. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Nice balcony, hot shower, comfortable beds, nice linens. The staff were very friendly. They stored our bags for no additional charge after checkout while we explored the town. I would highly recommend. It was perfect for us."

"The Mountain View of our room was nice! It was next to the bus stop and a close walk from the cable car. The restaurant had friendly staff but food was just okay, slightly disappointing. Comfortable beds."
