"This hotel advertises itself as a smoke-free property. This is FALSE. After 2 previous failed hotel attempts in Ankara, due to strong cigarette smoke/smell in my rooms, I found Warwick and saw they were “smoke-free”. I emailed the property telling them I have been bouncing from hotel to hotel looking for a smoke-free room, after having surgery I needed rest and clean air! "The housekeeping was not great. They come super late in the evening. Some days they would make the beds but not take the room service trays away. We would need fresh towels daily cause they on my give 2 towels. And the shower floods because of the slanted shower floor. Room service staff was rude on several occasions. I noticed that when ordering over the phone they place orders for the more expensive item when there’s 2 of the same items."

"Disaster after disaster: after an explicit request for a non-smoking room we’ve been offered three(!) rooms, all of them reeking of cigarette. Every non-smoker knows that having to inhale that air is torture. The WiFi was extremely weak, the room far from clean. There was only one towel for two people and when we asked for an extra we received one I would not use for my dog (see photo attached).
