"Personelin enerjisi çok yüksek, insana pozitif bir hava katıyorlar. Odalardaki minibar ve ikramlar çok düşünceliydi. Klima sessiz çalışıyor ve ısınma problemi hiç yok. Banyo geniş ve duşun tazyiki çok iyiydi, yorgunluk atmak için birebir. Her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar planlanmış, misafir memnuniyeti odak noktası."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing mainly because of the housekeeping and service standards. We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room we were given smelled like a smoking room, which was not what we had asked for. Upon check-in, we also noticed that the coffee cups had not been cleaned from the previous guest, and one of them had clearly been used as an ashtray. That was a very unpleasant first impression. On top of that, our room was skipped for cleaning for a couple...

"AC did not work, the room was so hot it was impossible to sleep. Only heating worked no cooling. No coffee machine but coffee pods were available! Mini bar available but locked. Did not understand that part as well."
