"We booked a one-bedroom unit as a couple with two small children. The one bed plus a cot would have suited us perfectly, but instead the living/kitchen area was taken up by a second large double bed (sofa bed). It occupied most of the space (around 70%), making it difficult to cook, dine, or properly use the living area. The bed also wasn’t easy to pack away, so we didn’t bother. "Everything is good about the hotel but the location is not very convenient. It takes about 30 minutes walk to the reef boat ports and 20 minutes to the downtown."

"Nice location. close driving distance to shopping centre , friendly staff members, very clean rooms easily assessable ,only down side was noisy aircon unit had to turn off ,also shower screen leaked like a sieve water all over the floor , and for a 4 star hotel when you pay the big Bickie to stay there they dont supply you with the essential Bickies, also no plain black tea , you get that supplied at the lowest star hotels ."

"Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time."
