"Everything was fabulous. The only feedback we would have is that we thought the room service plates should be covered. We were in a lift full of people and there was a plate of uncovered food in there. We had a fabulous stay, the room was amazing and staff wonderful. Would defo stay again !!"

"Very nice well maintained property. Great for long stays as there is a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The reception is open from 8am - 4pm. I did not have much interaction with the staff as we were out most days. Trinity Beach is beautiful with lots of restaurants options available."

"This is our second time staying and we loved it as much as our first stay. Apartment was great, clean, had everything we needed, very spacious and comfortable. Loved our balcony with a great outlook over the pool. The pool is beautiful, with very relaxing surroundings. Excellent location right across from the beach. Can’t wait to visit again for a third time."

"Worst place to stay. Room wasn't ready. Had to wait an hour. Get to room, it isn't the room I paid for. Hair throughout the bathroom (and i mean everywhere). Coffee satchets are the cheapest you can buy. Welcome sign on the floor. No bin liners. Shower water smelled like sewerage and there was minimal pressure so having a shower was not enjoyable at all. Not even 1 star."

"Very difficult getting luggage up awkward stairs for our room. Pay to book ground level. We were unlucky as had a view of a roof, carports and then a stormwater drain out the back. Other rooms looking over the pool looked awesome😳"

"The room was very spacious with a lovely view, it really could do with a facelift, a bit worn and outdated, as we were there on Saturday night, there was very loud street noise until late, but not other nights. But, the location certainly made up for it! Actually got to see the Cruise Ship Carnival Splendour leaving for its cruise from our room balcony at night and it was quite a spectical to watch. "Very convenient location - right on the esplanade, opposite the "beach" swimming area with loads of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Very easy to get to Marina for day trips and other attractions such as Night Markets and Rusty's Fruit Market. Nice balcony and good kitchen if you want to be able to eat in. Was a bit noisy some evenings with buskers of varying skills but generally quiet from 9.30/10pm."
