"I tried checking in for 2 days the bed was like a rock 10 mins later I checked out I went to the front desk and told them I wasn't happy with the room and left they still charged me for 2 nights and I didn't stay there waiting for a refund"

"Good: clean room & good air conditioning. Bad: As we were walking to our room one of the cleaning staff was coming out of the room they had just finished saying EXTREMELY inappropriate language. The gym was never cleaned while I was there. The workout towel was in the same basket I had left it in the day before. 2 of the 7 cardio machines were working. There was no water. When I told the front desk the lady said “Oh that’s the maintenance guy’s job.”"

"Overall our experience was great. Cute walkable tourist town with a decent selection of restaurants including Dennys which is open 24/7. About 30 min from Yosemite’s Southgate entrance. Our room was mostly clean- though the toilet seat seemed to frequently slip out of place. Staff was friendly. Breakfast selection was lacking but available daily (eggs, sausage, toast, cereal)."
