"The location is absolutely unbeatable – you're literally steps away from Union Square's shopping, theaters, and cable cars and you can walk nearly every must to see places at most 30-40 minutes. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. For a classic San Francisco experience with fantastic value, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Property was well situated for the airport. Lots of conveniences nearby. Note: There isn’t a bar or restaurant in the hotel but some take and go’s to include a wine by the glass vending machine which was a “chef’s kiss” after 8 hours of travel. Why it deserves 10 stars: Staff was friendly and facilities were nice, as pictured. Nothing too fancy but cute, trendy and very clean. Easy stay. 9/10. The 12:00 PM CHECKOUT earns it a 10/10. Made my morning! "
