"Staff - very friendly Noise level high even at night - doors banging all hours; thin walls Bathrooms/ Shower/ Toilet - only 3 shower stalls on our floor; some stalls have NO hooks to hang your towel/ clothes; with a small shelf to put your toiletries Private Room (public shower)- room clean, bed sheets clean; no chairs to sit on; no small table to put your things; we used the window ledge to hold our personal items; room has small sink to wash hands and brush teeth"

"The location is great with many bus and subway transportation options. The female staff that checked me in was so unfriendly to the point that it made me hesitate to go down to the pub for drinks. I did end up visiting the pub a few times and the other staff were fine. Expedia listed optional English breakfast for £9.9 but it was £11. The room was very crammed but fine for the price. The bed seemed clean but I got bug bites on my legs. I really hope they aren’t bedbug bites… There is only one...

"I can’t complain because it was only £15 for the night with free shower access and a bed to stay in central London I just can’t give it five stars because I didn’t actually sleep properly due to the noise from the other people, a loud AC unit above me and the noise from the bar downstairs until 1AM. Great value just bring some headphones."

"The room was not well ventilated, air was rare and hot, which made it hard to sleep. Plus, there are no lockers in the room, so the guest’s luggage and stuff is all over the place. The water from the shower splashes outside it, so the whole bathroom floor was wet."
