"This hotel was perfect, nothing at all negative. It was immaculate, staff was helpful and efficient, restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. 10 minutes from Heathrow. I will definitely stay here again."

The Positives: Close to train station, right on waterfront with great views (paid extra). Gorgeous lobby/bar. Comfy bed (pillows too soft). Great breakfast buffet & friendly chefs.
The Negatives: Paid for 3 adults, room set for 2. Towels, mugs, glasses, & all slippers missing. Day 1, caught maid in hall for items. Next days, had to chase for complimentary coffee sachets & milk.
Day 3, body wash ran out & still short a mug. Called reception...

Es ist sauber und gut in Schuss.
Besonders nett ist der kleine Pool und Sauna falls es mal regnet.
Tolles gepflegten Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Können wir empfehlen und uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen."
