Mason & Fifth - Westbourne Park
10/10 Excellent
"We really loved this place. Being a combination hotel and condo/work space rental it had a neighborhood feel, lots of room downstairs to hang outside your room, and was in a more low key area of town. The room was quite simple and felt like it could still use a few touches - like a chair or desk, and bedside table that were bigger than a place to put a cell phone, but it was clean and comfortable. We used the pool and steam room, and spent time by the riverside patio or other hidden areas that provide space to work or have a bite to eat. It felt safe and welcoming - in an area that is seeing a revival. If you go- spend time exploring the place and the local areas. Would be fantastic spot for a working trip."

Wakeup Copenhagen Borgergade

"Location was awesome"

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
8/10 Good
"The LOCATION was excellent, right by the River Walk, boats, The Eye and restaurants. Easy walking to Westminster Abbey and nice shopping. A cab could be called by the hotel outside the door. The bed was comfortable, our view was good and the separate living room was nice. For women, the light in the bathroom was not good. The buffet breakfast was good, but pricey. The dinner was just okay."

"Pool was exquisite and the vibes were particularly unmatched. The breakfast was very nice as well. We stayed here for four days and the experience was one that I believe did match all expectations. Central location is a huge plus."

Tivoli Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"In general this is a very nice and big hotel. Breakfast is always the same, but the quality is amazing and it contains everything you need to have a nice morning breakfast. Access to different areas of the hotel is a bit confusing, so if you get lost sometimes don't be surprised. Staff are very friendly and they never give you fake smile. They enjoy what they do. Room was very nice... it was a bit hot and you won't be able to drop the temperature below a certain limit (probably due to energy conservation). Room cleaning is every 4 days, but you can always ask the receptionist for extra room cleaning when it's needed. The room cleaning was satisfactory.... sometimes they didn't pay attention to details like vacuuming the floor. Whenever we had room cleaning, they were removing our cups and we couldn't have tea or coffee. We had to go all the way to the lobby and find two cups from somewhere. Also, after using the only 2 tea bags that they gave us on the first night, we never received any tea bag. So, they need to work more on the room cleaning services and paying more attention to details. These are the details that make a hotel a good or excellent hotel. In general it's a very good hotel and you will enjoy being close to the central station."
