"The hotel is nice but not at this price point, rooms are clean, lobby is very nice unfortunately once you step outside the hotel you are greeted by construction, dirty streets, pan handlers, homeless, endless parade of bikers and trucks loudly revving their engines that I could hear all the way from the 23rd floor. Called for bath towels for my room can't really tell you how long took for them to deliver them but we left about an hour after and they still hadn't arrived, found them by the door after we returned from dinner. The restaurant in the hotel is slow, waited 45 minutes for a couple of sandwiches, get this the bread was nicely toasted but refrigerator cold. Breakfast buffet is basic, pan of flavorless scrambled eggs, stale bread, bagels, some baked potatoes that tasted like they were cooked days before, if you want a nice breakfast you're out of luck as there's nothing really to choose from other than a small dinner that's packed with line out the door or an IHOP and waffle house. We booked for 4 nights but ended up leaving early. "

"We have stayed this hotel twice. The kids enjoyed the hot pool which is open 24 hour 7 days a week, and we were finding sand crabs walking in the dark in the beach. That was funny. The sea view from the balcony is great. But, be careful when booking because the hotel does have another attached part cross the street with spacious parking lot where having no sea view at all."

"The room was neat and clean. The staff were professional and friendly, especially the manager—I forgot his name, but he was great. When we asked for an extra blanket, he brought it himself. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is ideal for people traveling with kids. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. I will definitely come back to this hotel."

"Room was clean however the towels needs to be cleaned better. They were very thin and dingy. I went out to purchase my own towels. "
