"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I did find it a bit strange that you had to go to the 2nd floor to check in. The valets are the ones who basically greet you but I don’t think their focus is to be friendly . The lobby, hallways and amenities were impeccable, with modern decor and finishing. Our 2 bed room had a city view, the beds were impressively comfortable. Very clean and decorated so elegantly with taste. Highly recommend:) "

"Everything was really good except for 2 small things. When we first checked in, there was a weird smell in the hotel but it was cleared by the next day. Also, my daughter and I learned we had to avoid the eggs included in the breakfast - not sure why. Everything else was really nice, especially for the price to be at a hotel on the beach. We are so lucky we were there before spring break!"

"Overall, the stay was okay, but it didn’t fully meet expectations. The location was convenient and the check-in process was fairly smooth, which I appreciated. The staff was polite, but not especially attentive. The room was decent, but it could’ve been cleaner and felt a bit outdated. A few small maintenance issues and lack of attention to detail made it feel less comfortable than it should have been. Nothing terrible — just not quite what I was hoping for. It’s not a bad place to stay if you’re just looking for something basic, but there’s definitely room for improvement."

"It’s a pet friendly accommodation and my room reeked of wet dog. The Ocean View from the balcony is nice and free parking. "

"There for bike week, great location but hotel is in poor condition. Safe didn’t work no power to it, bathroom tub rusty hardware,, this hotel is in need of total revamp it’s like staying at super 8 now for a very high price. "
