"Staff was very kind. Room smelled like mold. Smallest most uncomfortable pillows for a king size bed. They had 4 small hard square pillows VS 2 king size pillows. One side of the bed was sunken in like it was warped. The floors were not cleaned when I got in my room. "

"Staff was absolutely amazing! Super helpful. Had an issue with the toilet in the room and they made sure to take care of it immediately. The outdoor pool could be heated for those who travel from colder climates. Breakfast was ok…could be better. "

"Thank god they gave us a refund. I trusted the 7.8 stars on Expedia and I will never again. GHETTO, DISGUSTING AND UNSTAYABLE. Room was so gross that we left and paid double somewhere else. We arrived at like 9pm and figured we would save a couple bucks since the pictures look nice, it was late and the reviews were high. NEVER AGAIN. We packed up and left the bedding and bathroom were so gross with stains, pubic hairs and other just other gross *** things.. best of luck with your stay. Even...

"Reservation was do a king room. They put us in a two queen room. Hair dryer did not work, went to front desk and was told they did not have a spare as they just replaced 6 already. We had to purchase a hair dryer. Other than those two issues, the rest of the stay was bearable. "

"Staff was terrible, no customer service at all… when getting them off their AirPods to ask a question, they look annoyed to assist. Shower had no pressure the entire week we stayed. Avoid this hotel at all costs. "

"Absolutely beautiful resort. Would go again on a couples trip or with my kids. It had a private beach so it didn’t seem crowded and there was a lot of amenities to relax and enjoy. Perfect vacation. We even had a massage at their spa which was a perfect way to end our mini vacation. "

"I liked the room, the bed was very nice I had a very good sleep! When we open the room door my husband saw a cockroach and without I see he killed and told me just after check out. Breakfast is very simple, staff friendly and nice location."
