"Thank god they gave us a refund. I trusted the 7.8 stars on Expedia and I will never again. GHETTO, DISGUSTING AND UNSTAYABLE. Room was so gross that we left and paid double somewhere else. We arrived at like 9pm and figured we would save a couple bucks since the pictures look nice, it was late and the reviews were high. NEVER AGAIN. "You pay for why you get., The lady who was running the breakfast bar had ear bud in and was snorting/ sucking snot up her nose constantly. She even instructed herself between me and my daughter to straighten something on counter and snorted in our faces..: BEYOND DISCUSTING!!"

"Staff was absolutely amazing! Super helpful. Had an issue with the toilet in the room and they made sure to take care of it immediately. The outdoor pool could be heated for those who travel from colder climates. Breakfast was ok…could be better. "

"Absolutely beautiful resort. Would go again on a couples trip or with my kids. It had a private beach so it didn’t seem crowded and there was a lot of amenities to relax and enjoy. Perfect vacation. We even had a massage at their spa which was a perfect way to end our mini vacation. "

Only a few things I could complaint about is that you can tell it was a remodel, Shower head was broken, gym equipment was a little well used and the breakfast was subpar with very limited options. Other than those things, solid overall experience. 4.5 stars for the money."

"We had the best experience at this hotel. Our room was gulfside with an amazing view. The rooms are okay, you are definitely paying for the view and area not the room. The furniture is older but the room was cleaned daily. Walking distance from the Boardwalk and only a 15-20 minute drive to Destin. One downside was the parking fee, we paid $1,200 for 4 nights plus $15.00 per night parking and daily resort fees. I would've thought parking would be free being that you are already staying there but...
