"Outside lobby and the stairs is kind of dirty. but the room is well maintained and clean. Overall, its a pretty good deal given that it’s only a few minutes walk to harbor walk village."

"Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Definitely need to update the floors and ceiling. Hallways were filthy on the third floor. Sliding door to the balcony doesn’t work."

"There were stains all over the sheets and they said they didn’t have any clean ones to replace them. The bed was covered in mole. The towels had black handprint marks all over it, they tried to cover it up by flipping them inside out."

"We have been to a couple home2 suites hotels and by far this one wasn’t the best and the cleanest. The hotel wasn’t well maintained, we waited more than an hour after 4pm to get the room the staff wasn’t the best and helpful either."

"I had a wonderful stay the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast it was amazing! There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and everything was well prepared and constantly replenished. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. There bar was amazing too with great service. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

"Nothing positive to say! We woke up and our car had the window glass broken. We were not they only ones! There were several cars Windows damaged. And from what we heard this is common in that area. There was not manager at the hotel so they were not able to show the police the recordings from the outside camaras. Will not be going there ever again, and will definitely not recommend anyone to go especially if your traveling with kids like us. Is not safe at all ."

"The property was really nice, the pool bar was more of a pizza place that served drinks. but right by the pool. There is a nice walkway to the beach. Not many restaurants in the area and they are very crowded in the evening. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not get to try that. Really nice place to stay!"
