"My stay at the Village Inn was great! The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful & friendly whenever I had any questions. They also allowed me to check in a couple hours early which was amazing. I don't like to complain so I didn't say anything but the floor in our room was incredibly dirty. "Be aware that the pictures are NOT what the motel looks like. The rooms were FILTHY! “They stayed the rooms were just cleaned” Fixtures were rusted and were barely attached to the walls. When we went to get our money back so like we could move to another place. They offered to move us to the other side were the rooms are cleaner (which was not the case at all!) We were informed that they don’t give refunds! So we went to dinner, had to eat the loss, and find a new place to stay!"

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. "I wasn’t expecting 5 star since it was an extended stay. However, it was over 100 a night so I expected a basic level of cleanliness. Appliances are rusty. Strong mildew smell. Someone shaved their public area in the shower and left plenty of evidence. No toiletries other than paper and a tiny bar of soap. 4 nights-no housekeeping service. I left out early in the mornings 4am. Several random people wondering around outside at that time. There is a Walmart close by so I got cleaning supplies...

"Disgusting rooms and even more disgusting staff members. Dont bother booking this hotel. Management will do anything they can to charge you extra for your stay. Wouldn't even bother trying to get me a new room when I told them that there's was mold and stained bedsheets in my room."
