"The staff are always friendly here- the morning gentleman even let me in early and brought out bagels from the back because my fiancé and I had to hit the road for the airport before breakfast was open- SO kind! Always clean. My fiancé has major allergies and he did just fine, the hardwood floors help with that. I’ve stayed here twice, and this is officially my Destin hotel- I’ll stay here every time I visit."

"We had a great stay at Tru by Hilton Destin! The entire hotel was clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and the atmosphere was very upbeat and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My girls especially loved outdoor pool and the automatic pancake machine at breakfast was such a fun touch. There was a sign at the front desk that stated that someone would be back shortly but when he arrived he saw there were several people waiting and could have simply stated something like, sorry for your wait. "I don’t have a lot to complain about here. I called about an early check-in an half hour before arrival and the girl on the phone was odd-she wanted me to call her when I got there to check on the availability for early check-in. Not sure why I would call while I was there but a gentleman at the desk was very helpful when I got there. The room was clean. The “fitness room” is literally just a cardio room.
