I was little surprised as this was my first Hyatt stay. There was no complementary water bottle or body lotion in the room. Carry your lotions and water bottles. Confusing location entry point and parking as it runs close to university & train tracks. The decor outside is good. Inside the room it’s below par. At dinning place there was no good bowl to have oatmeal. Plastic bowl was our only choice. You pour hot water into those oatmeal packs and then transfer the pulp into plastic containers. There was no raisins which is similar to no body lotion in the room. The room had two substandard queen beds and there was no separate between the TV sit out and the bedroom. The room was cramped. Yes, you could rotate it 360 degree and enjoy. Not very comfortable if you’re with family. The air conditioning was loud enough to wake me up in the middle of the night & had to shut it down finally. There is cooking facility if you are in mood to cook. Honest review..
