"No microwave in rooms. "

"I booked 2 rooms and they only checked me in for one and when I asked about the other room, they said it wasn't available and that they would call me when ready and that it was in next building , which was not good and check in was at 4 pm and when I finally called about my other room which was 9pm ,they told me it was ready but they were busy why I didn't get a call and didn't accommodate me at all with the directions for other building, on top of none of the electric sockets worked but the one the TV and fridge was hooked to, also when I asked for towels , they stated they did not have any and wouldn't till the next day, other than that I liked the room and the very nice view, "

"This hotel is old and dirty. It does not represent a Hilton in anyway. Our room was filthy, dirty carpet, smell of marijuana, dog poop in the room, mold in the bathroom. All the concrete around the pool is busted everywhere. You will have to pay $50 per night for valet or you will be walking a far distance and still have to pay $35. There is a $28 resort fee per night for a pool full of floating hair. If you are reading this you have been warned!!"

"The check in experience was terrible, we never got a phone call, we went back at 4pm and waited in line for a half and hour to be told that our just became available at that moment. The beach loungers are not complimentary like they advertised. Little things like checking out via the TV which they advertise as an easy option was not avaliable. When I asked the front desk why she said some rooms just don't. Staff was less than helpful or courteous. The only person we liked was the bartender at the lounge bar on Sat evening in the hotel lobby, she was wonderful. And the view from our room was beautiful, but we paid a pretty price for it. "

"We needed one night to get halfway to our destination. It’s an older place but it did the job. Although, our door had some gaps on the side and bottom and we could hear everything outside. Room was big and comfy for the myself and daughter. Breakfast was a bonus and they served at 6am on Saturday! So thankful for that. Not sure if I would choose this place again. Employees were pleasant, nothing that would give them “gold stars” "

"The young man who checked me in was very courteous, professional and friendly…everyone of your staff was excellent..I asked the lady who worked there how to get to the beach..she stopped led me to the door and asked if I had a towel…I don’t get her name she was a older lady with a Jamaican accent I love Panama City Beach and will be staying at your hotel when I come bcuz of your staff "
