"This is in an idyllic forest setting. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fun and tasty. There is parking outside and across the road. WiFi is great. It's the opposite of quiet but the noises are rainforest sounds and cattle, which is restful in a different way. The rooms are pretty basic and a little tired but have everything you need. It's convenient for the airport and river but there is no hiking near to the property. "

"Extremely polite welcome at reception, the guy who helped with luggage “wolf man” gave great advice on local food to try / order. All amenities included, cottages slightly dated if I were to be picky but didn’t hinder the stay at all. Cool aircon, comfy bed, and a clean cottage on the beach front."

"Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. "I would suggest that they upgrade to elevators. Walkin up those small steps /stairs with your luggage was inconvenient. The locks on the door were outdated and hard to open. But it seems safe. Clean room, comfy bed and fresh towels was available. The hotel room was just like in the picture ."

"This was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year. "Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...
