"The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to restaurants and the lake. We were not aware that the hotel is not staffed at check-in time. We had to call the number on the door to get the codes to get into our room. Expedia had sent us the codes ahead of time but we didn't have access to our email so we didn't know about that. Our room in the "Carriage House" had some cleanliness issues so we called the hotel again. The manager offered to clean another room and move us which was...
