"The Blackwell is currently a hotel and event center. I was told the house was constructed in 1905 and for several years operated as a B&B, which is pretty close to what we experienced for our one night stay! Great breakfast and amenities! Our bedroom was small but very comfortable. I took lots of pictures because it was so beautifully restored!

"Great place clean, super quiet overlools mountainside. 15 minutes to lava hot springs, 30 minutes to pocatello. Newly remodeled. Great place for family reunions or small group getaways, has connecting bedrooms and a shared kitchen with microwave, sink, dishwasher and fridge. Nice place."

"Nice clean place. Laundry available was a huge plus. Communication was great. And a very nice view off the deck. Only negative is there were a lot of flies by the door to the deck which got in the room. "

"We loved staying in the Chemistry room and had a wonderful night's rest on the comfortable king size bed. Absolutely loved the school decor. Friendly, helpful staff. Very relaxing. Highly recommend this unique B and B."
