"We laid beach towels that I keep in my car on the bed and used our own pillows and blankets. We didn't take showers or eat anything offered. It was, that disgusting. My youngest daughter made the reservation and paid for it. We only came to town because our son was murdered. We had 2 rooms. Between driving 9 hours, viewing our dead son, having him cremated and dealing with law enforcement and our grandchildren, we were too exhausted to fight for a refund at the time. We still have not received...

"Kids running around until 10 pm. A dog barking every morning. Room was sufficient but it felt like I was in the basement. Large bathroom with a shower and no tub. Parked in front of room. Door bolt lock was broken. Sometimes the regular latch would not work unless I banged on the door. "
