"Clean and organized."

"Overall we were disappointed in this stay and we have been there several times before. It is likely our last stay. The pool was closed, the breakfast was cold and lacking. Not the standards that we have come to expect at a Hamptons Inn."

"Said i booked a smoke room (my daughter can't) clerk tried to switch it couldn't. Went to room open the door the beds looked like they were slept in. The covers had burn marks then i threw back the sheets and they were dirty with hair all over them. It smelled so bad, we were getting sick. Turned around in less than 5 minutes and then was offered a new room. So you lied to me too. We didn't even feel safe there. The room next to us had their door wide open watching us."

"The staff was rude and the beds were never cleaned and had blood and mold on them and they refused to give me a refund even after I changed rooms."

"The room hasn't been updated in ages. It wasn't cleaned properly, however when I spoke with management they gave me 30%back "

"The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom."

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"Room was great! The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was surprised to see so much on offer. Location was great as we were seeing a concert next door."

"Super friendly staff, rooms were clean and spacious. Walk across the street to the Newport Aquarium and entertainment areas. Free breakfast. "
