"Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location was great for exploring both Covington and Cincinnati. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Despite a couple glitches in our stay, the night manager was quick to address our issues and resolve them more than satisfactorily "

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"I booked this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool. We went with a group of over 10 people planning to enjoy it, but when we arrived, they told us it doesn’t exist. This is misleading information and very disappointing."

"Staff were wonderful- above and beyond. Unfortunately, it smelled weird- like someone tried to spray to cover up pot smell. Room smell (cleaning products, I assume) was overpowering but room was very clean. W.C. light didn’t work. Elevator was a little scary- it’s obviously been around for a while. The first floor bar/restaurant was closed and that was our “dinner” plans for the two nights. By a highway, so pretty loud no matter where you are… but that’s not their fault- just a warning to pay...

"The checking was kind of challenging because of the roundabouts around the hotel it's easy to miss where you pull in and have to go all the way back around I thought the hotel had parking but it turns out they share a space what they health officer something so you have to pay an additional $15 to park and then you have to get some type of ticket anytime you take your car in and out the garage it was a problem with my TV I could not get it to turn on to the channels there was no signal I called...

"We looked the location! Short uber drive from airport & back. Room was great & had a great view from our balcony of the river & ballpark. Staff was good check in & roof top lounge. "

"Great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. It is less than 10 min from downtown Cinci and near so many other restaurants and shops a 2 min walk away. Bathroom was clean, shower was great, breakfast was great. Free parking, pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here."

"This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)"

"Arrived around 2pm attempted to check in and no rooms were available, which is understandable. The they assured rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 4pm. I arrive back at 8pm after the Reds game and my room still wasn't ready and to come back in 10 mins. Once I come back still not ready due to the Manager needs to do the room inspection. I eventually get to check in at 9pm which is unacceptable"
