"Place was disgusting "

"The girl in charge at The Plateau was rude. She was aggressive, bossy and talked back to me. She needs training in customer service. The other2 employees seemed afraid of her. Also why was I charged $30 in amenity fees if I prepaid all taxes and fees?"

"Christine (Kristin) went above and beyond to solve any matter or answer any question. The gals at the hamburger restaurant also went above to make a great sandwich. Everything was great! The pool was fun as well! "
