The staff was great until the manager Michelle took my card information for a “deposit” but charged me $163.00 for a night stay when I already paid through hotels.com. I told her this and she saw this in the system. I thought she took my card for a deposit until I asked for a receipt…. That’s when I saw it wasn’t for a deposit. She charged me double for one night in hopes I wouldn’t recognize the charge and they can steal $163.00 from me because the register would have a cash overage…. That’s an old trick that cashiers use to pocket money at the end of their shift. Michelle will smile in your face and try to rob you, so if you stay at this hotel make sure you are dotting your i’s & crossing your T’s or you will have some unexpected charges on your bank statement because they are broke…. "
