"Helped at the front desk by a kind gentleman named Robbie. Greeted warmly, given tickets for free coffees and given a room by the pool promptly, even though it was an early check-in. We had a wonderful stay and had a fun time with the kids. We’re happy we came we had such a nice time at the pool with drinks and food poolside and were helped by a very nice lady named Paige who was very friendly and attentive. We will be back soon! I Did want to say the banana bread on the cascades cafe menu should have a little warning about nut allergies but other than that amazing food! "

"Rooms were extremely clean and nice! Very quiet and relaxing stay. Everything was A-1! We had our own pillows which made the experience better as the bed was a bit hard but comfortable. "
