"Very nice resort. Great views - you're one on one with nature there. The private villas are the way to go. Great staff, too. They also have their own private nature trail to investigate as well. Even though there was construction going on directly behind our villa it didn't impact our 3 night stay at all. I commend them for that. The villa was very clean, the glass shower to the outdoors is very cool. Some bugs were able to make their way in but nothing unreasonable. CR construction...

"This place is huge and beautiful. I don’t think the pictures on the website give enough impression to show people how gorgeous this place is. Few minor maintenance repairs to be done but it looks like they renovating now. It didn’t affect our stay. Located only few minutes away from la Fortuna waterfalls. We were given free entrance tickets to Hanging bridges park for the whole family and breakfast at the restaurant that located few minutes away. Very good experience, would definitely be back if...

"El hotel es tal cual lo promocionan, no hay engaño, lo que si tienen que mejorar es la cobertura del internet, hay mala señal en las habitaciones, si alguien quiere trabajar debe trasladarse al área del comedor. "The worst place we have ever been. The room was dirty, there were water leaks, cracked walls and floors, broken windows, rusty faucets. It rained the whole night and we could hear the loud noise of the water falling on the tin roof. We had a reservation for four nights and stayed just one, after agreement with the director of paying for one night getting the rest of our money our money back. This never happened.
