"The battery on my door lock died, and despite being told that they were trained to fix this, it took an hour trying several screwdrivers, batteries etc, half of which I was spend in the corridor as they did not bring a master key. Would suggest more staff training, but otherwise hotel is good."

"AMENITIES! We wanted a relaxing overnight before our long haul flight back to the U.S. and that is exactly what we got.
The room was huge, and the fitness wellness center is worth every penny spent! My teen kids loved the hotel and wish we had a longer stay.
The location is convenient to shopping and eateries."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, and overall everything was good. The room was comfortable, the service was nice, and we enjoyed our stay.
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. We stayed for 6 days, and unfortunately, the food selection was almost the same every day. We would have appreciated more variety and some changes in the daily options, especially for guests staying for several nights.
Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying again, but...
