"Crystalbrook was an absolute gem of an escape. Surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquil surroundings, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. "No kitchenette as mentioned, only old microwave with couple of cutlery sets. Mould found in bath room, with unpleasant smell. Hard to fill up kettle with the old style basin set. "

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."
