"Significant amount of maintenance going on at the moment. Lots of areas cordoned off. The spa at the tropical pool is not in operation due to maintenance. But we've. Been here 5 days and haven't seen anyone working on it. The spa at the main lagoon pool area was lovely for the first two nights. Then didn't work on the third. Desk guy came out and looked. He got the maintenance guy who eventually said we'll have to get the pool people out to fix it. That was 3 days ago and it's still not working....

"Wow! Such an amazing and tranquil stay for just the one night. The staff are professional and informative, the resort feels quiet and safe and I absolutely love how many available facilities there was. I would have loved to see the beach club bar open even in winter as the sunset was stunning and our shower and toilet rooms had visible black mould on the ceilings which was a bit concerning. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which I think would go a long way. Other than this, I would...

"Lovely property right on the beach. So accessible to get around with the free bikes and also public transportation. Definitely would stay here again!"

"The tiny houses are perfect for a single person or a couple , everything you need to be comfortable. The view of the balcony is beautiful over looking the river. A lovely spot to sit of an evening as the sunsets."

"We have found Rydges Coolangatta Airport has been the perfect stopover before early or after late flights. Staff have been extra helpful, accommodation has been comfortable and for a disabled person the accessible units are a breath of fresh air. The meals are pretty yummy as well."
