"Girl at front desk was very helpful and pleasant, helped with my inquiries, without any attitude, room was nice and clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Menu at restaurant was very limited and a tad pricey for what I got, but overall it was an above average stay, a little out of the way from Roma Termini, but not too far, a quick 10 minute bus ride from train station on 360 bus, drops you almost at the front door. Tram rumbles by every 10 mns but it didn't bother me much, slept like a baby after long overnight flight from Canada, didn't try breakfast as I had to leave before it started, so I can't comment on it, would probably stay again."
