"Clean room and friendly staff. Stayed there a couple years ago and had a fabulous room upgrade but not so this time, downgraded to two double bed on the 3rd floor. Hotel provides a complimentary breakfast at their restaurant. Last time you could order a fabulous breakfast off the menu but this time they had a new breakfast menu with two options which both were gross. 2 pre frozen pancakes or a leftover Mexican tortilla chip casserole that was gross. "This is a sweet, sweet place! Very clean, very nice people, great location in a calm part of the city. We were on the 3rd floor, where the view of the water and sunsets is gorgeous. We would return there in a minute!"
